Welcome to paradise, where you can kick off your shoes, sit on your veranda and gaze straight out across the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea to the Belize Barrier Reef. This stunning villa with unique, architectural features evokes a rustic, barefoot beach vibe offers the utmost in luxury.

The 3 story atrium entry houses a beautiful, handcrafted wooden staircase leading to the upper floors of this 4 bed/4.5 bath residence. Comfortably accommodating 8 guests, there’s plenty of space for everyone.

Natural stone floors and Belizean hardwoods feature throughout, with huge picture windows and glass French doors allowing light to fill the large airy rooms. Every detail has been carefully considered, creating an elegant and tranquil space.

Just a few miles north of town. Staying at Casa Bomba at Solaria Villas, you’ll be able to indulge in the feeling of absolute escapism, while being just a gentle stroll down the beach from excellent restaurants at neighboring resorts. Solaria Villas are located 3.2 miles north of the town bridge and are only .5 miles from Secret Beach road.

This vast, fully air-conditioned, 5,000 sq. foot villa has two spacious king master suites, each with private terraces. One offers incredible sunset views of the sunset over the calm waters of the lagoon and the other, panoramic sunrise vistas to the Caribbean.

Both exquisite guestrooms have their own private sunset balconies, one with a king bed and the other with a queen that splits into twins if desired. The bedrooms are all ensuite and benefit from beautifully hand tiled bathrooms.

The large, fully-fitted kitchen overlooks the dining and living area, providing plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. The living room has a huge flat-screen TV, with over 100 channels and each bedroom as its own. If staying connected is important to you, there’s Wifi and an office.

Kayaks are available to our guests, but if you want to discover what else the island has to offer, you’ll find exciting experiences such as fishing, diving, snorkeling with sharks and rays, sunset cruises, island hopping and so much more.

There is much fun to be had on land too, so hop on a golf cart and explore. If you head south, you’ll pass by numerous fun hang out spots, where you’ll meet locals and tourists alike. Once you hit town, you’ll find superb restaurants serving local and international fare, cute gift shops, and galleries featuring Belizean artists.

If you love adventure, take a day trip to the mainland to zipline the jungle canopy, cave tube in the cool refreshing rivers, or spend some time taking in the splendor of one of the many ancient Maya temples. If you love animals, do not miss The Belize Zoo, which is world-famous for its conservation work.

As soon as you book, we will provide you with our constantly updated Mobile Guest Guide. Our Mobile Guest Guide is loaded with information, including listings for numerous restaurants, bars, and activities. Our Mobile Guest Guide is integrated with GMaps making it easy to find your way around town. Each listing is linked to TripAdvisor; we’ve even linked the menus to many of the restaurants. The Guide is also searchable, so you can easily find the nearest Seafood or even Vegetarian options. We offer full concierge services and can arrange everything for you so that all you need to think about is having fun. So, just let us know, and we’ll book all your tours, in-country flights, and arrange golf cart rentals with no add on booking fees.

We provide transportation to and from the villa upon your arrival and departure (maximum 2 taxis each way).

Your kitchen will be stocked with drinking water. The house will have everything you’ll need such as bath/beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning supplies.

We respect your privacy, so maid service is pre-arranged by you (additional fee). Fresh linens are provided in the villa.

  My brother's family and my family met here is Belize for a Christmas holiday vacation. We were met by "Chili" the caretaker at Solaria Villas, Casa Bomba upon our arrival. The photos did not do justice to this magnificent home on the sea. The home offered so much. It was clean, the bathrooms were beautiful, the kitchen has absolutely everything we needed for our weeks stay. The woodwork in the home was spectacular. The outdoor space was incredible. The view from the home looked over the beauty of the Caribbean Sea. The common pool area was great. There were plenty of cushioned chairs by to pool and on the beach. Chili kept the pool area and the beach clean. Or favorite part of the beach were the hammock place over the water. We worked with Simon at Sunrise Properties to book this vacation. He took care of everything: air travel to Ambergris Cay, taxi ride to and from the airport to the villa, and golf carts were waiting for us at the house upon arrival. Elana took care of our excursions: massages at the house, snorkeling and fishing. There was a hiccup with the fishing trip. We reached out to Simon and the issue was remedied within minutes. The Guide App they provided was a godsend. Anything and everything about the island, home, excursions, restaurants etc. was right at our fingertips! This was truly an amazing vacation for our families. We will be back to Villa Solaia, Casa Bomba again!

  My stay at solaria was perfect. From the time I arrived in San Pedro, the property manager and on-site worker, Candido were nothing but a phone call away. Candido was very helpful and made my stay very comfortable. Solaria villa is such a beautiful property. The views are emmmacable and give you a euphoric feeling. The house was very spacious, clean, and a what you’d think of when looking for a vacation home. Right in the backyard you have a nice pool, beach to swim, and a dock to fish on. If you would like to go into town it is only a 15 minute drive. The location was perfect! I am coming back again and stay at the solaria villas.

  Our experience at Solaria Villas/Casa Bomba was top-notch. From Simon and his staff booking everything for us and answering ALL the questions before and during our trip to the caretaker Candido making sure we were taken care of in every way, it was simply spectacular. The villa is in a nice quiet location that is far enough off the beaten path but still close enough to enjoy the island. It is super clean, huge and has a great layout for a group with en suites in every bedroom. The common areas are well-maintained and set up for fun with the pool, beach games and kayaks. All of the recommendations for excursions and the chef who made us our favorite meal of the trip at the villa were spot-on. You can't go wrong booking Solaria Villas! We can't wait to go back. Our favorite restaurants were: Tipsy Lobster, Sol, Rum Dog, Marbucks and the Truck Stop. The drop-in yoga class at Ak'Bol was terrific. Diving with Amigos Del Mar highly rated. Golf cart rental Simon set up was also easy with delivery to the villa.

  We rented this four bedroom house for 16 nights - first with our friends and then our kids came for the last week. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and plenty of room. It is well laid out with space for everyone. The house was spotless and well looked after. It was very easy to deal with Sunrise - very prompt answering emails. The house was a little ways from town but then it was closer to Secret Beach! There are lots of good restaurants north of town as well.

  We stayed here for a long week with 8 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space yet all be together. The view from each room is amazing and so many great porches to hang out from.
  
  The pictures of this place do not capture the great beaty of the views and of the house, it is truly an amazing place and very well taken care of.
  
  The location for us was perfect. It is a little north of San Pedro so you are out of the busy streets but close enough to get their quickly on the golf cart. There are a lot of places nearby and within walking distance. Right next door is Coco Cabana that is a friendly beach bar with great drinks and great food, this is a great place for happy hour or that afternoon cocktail after a day on the water. What a great treat to have this right next door. On the other side is O with more upscale food and drinks.
  
  You can take the kayaks out directly from the house to the reef to snorkle, this was a huge hit and highlight of the house. Relaxing poolside is another must.
  
  There are so many places to explore from this location with Secret Beach, several great resorts north of the location with amazing restaurants and then endless great beach bars along the trek back to San Pedro.
  
  Getting groceries is not an issue, upon arrival they will take you to get supplies and then you can have more delivered.
  
  The grounds crew are there around the clock for anything you need and Simon is amazing and extremely responsive to help with anything that comes up.
  
  I would absolutely stay here again.

  The Solaria Villas are about 4 miles North of San Pedro, and are spacious and well appointed condominiums, with all of the conveniences of home. The golf cart makes getting around the island easy, and is the standard mode of transportation for most people on Ambergris Caye, with Secret Beach being a short and worthwhile jaunt to the west, and grocery stores within easy access to the North or South. Dining out was convenient, with the Truck Stop and Crocs being great places to grab some good food and drinks, or 'O' being right next door offering a fine dining experience. The Truck Stop even has outdoor movies showing, at leats on some evenings. However, I would definitely encourage you to schedule a little down time at the Villa. We made breakfast in the kitchen, and spent the morning lounging by the pool for a very relaxing day. The Tres Cocos also serves a great breakfast just down the road by the Truck Stop.
  
  We stayed in Solaria II, which had four bedrooms and four and a half baths, plenty of room for 8 of us to get together or avoid each other as needed. A large dining table, and TV viewing area, with wifi, HBO, and Netflix, a well-equipped kitchen, and a garage with bikes and kayaks for your personal use, make the villa a perfetc place for a big family or two to share and enjoy a great vacation together.
  
  With the golf cart, getting down to San Pedro was a short drive, and we managed to schedule some great dives with the Scuba School, which I can recommend. However, White Sands Dive Shop is right next door and awfully convenient. I can't recommend them, as I did not dive with them, but they are well reviewed and I sure wish I had known about them while I was planning our vacation. So now you know.
  
  We had a great time on Ambergris Caye, with diving and trips to the mainland, and just relaxing on the beach and by the pool. I can definitely recommend the Solaria Villas as a place to call home on the island.

Onsite caretaker was great. 4 stars on location only because it is pretty far north from town. 4 stars on condition only because the TV's were blocked from the wifi for streaming.   We just returned from a great geteaway in San Pedro, Belize. We were two families (8 in total) and stayed in the very spacious Solaria Villa II.
  We loved the layout and the access to the pool with our kids. It felt like a private pool for just our Villa. Of all the three properties, I'd say if you have kids this one is especially appealing.
  THe place was pretty well equipped overall. We wish there had been more spices etc. when we arrived (like some of our previous VRBO experiences) but we made do.
  Simon was a great resource not only before we arrived but also when we landed for some local content.
  Jose was fantastic, and responsive. You never seemed to notice him until you needed him and then he was right there. He does a really great job.
  Had 2 very successful tours through "SeaDuced", and would certainly recommend the as well.
  The beaches at Solaria Villa aren't that great with all the sea grass that blows ashore by the minute it seems. THat said, we spend most of our time at the pool and for beach days we would HIGHLY recommend the 15 minute golf cart ride to Secret Beach which is stunning!! Miles of sandy bottom, shallow water for the kids to swim and play. Beautiful beaches and in the context of most amazing beaches, extremely quiet. GEt there while this gem remains (my guess is that in 10-15 years big resorts will be in here to monopolize this still unspoiled spot).
  Finally, we found the found in San Pedro to be delightful. SO many great places it's hard to narrow them down. I would say that Coco's (right beside Solaria) has really really good food (as good as we had anywhere) and it's so handy because it's next door.

  The rental experience was 10 out of 10. Simon and the housekeeper were superb in taking care of us. The house was comfortable, relaxing and located just close enough to everything we wanted to do. We had 8 adults and we all loved the house.

  Our group of six had a fabulous time staying at the Solaria Villa II. The property was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and direct access to the beach. The caretaker was exceptional in assisting with anything we needed. Went for an all day sailing excursion through Carribean Adventures Belize which included 4 snorkeling adventures. Have to say the snorkeling experience was the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend this property.

  We stayed in Solaria Villa II the week of Christmas. We had a party of 8 adults. The Villa is exactly as described. It is absolutely beautiful, fully stocked with all your needs. We had plenty of room with everyone having their own restroom and plenty of space. Simon was great to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I had one of my daughters and son scuba dive and used the company located on the beach in front of the home. They were very pleased with the service and equipment. My daugther went to the blue hole and enjoyed the adventure. Location of the home is approximately 3 miles to town.(15-20 min) We rented a 6 and 4 seated golf cart from Simon. He arranged to pick us up from the ferry and take us to the home along with our luggage. The carts were waiting for us at the condo. We had a lot of fun with the carts driving them to explore the Island. There are many restaurants very close to the house. We went on the sailing/snorkeling boat ride with Coral Tours. It was an all day event and would highly recommend it. My kids are still talking about Shark Ray Alley. There are many, many restaurants to eat at and we couldn't eat at all of them on our list. Some of our recommendations would be Elvi's kitchen for breakfast, Truck Stop-Great food and nightly entertainment for families, Estels on the beach, Waraguma's, Cabana Club-Right next door, and Ahi. Again there are many more. Be prepared prices are a little high, they are having to import everything. We felt very safe due to having a care taker (Jose) living on the property. He took care of any needs we had. There are bikes and Kayaks in the house for your use as well.
  
  We had a great vacation and hope to visit again soon. Highly recommend for any large family!

  House is just as striking in person. Roomy and well-furnished. Simon the property manager and the caretaker were both excellent. We left a jacket in a taxi, and the caretaker tracked it down for us. Great recommendations for restaurants. I liked the location of this house even more than the other two--bit of privacy while still having direct beach view. Highly recommend this house--and sunrise properties.

  Just returned from a one week vacation at Solaria Villa with ten business school friends. I cannot say good enough things about our stay and the Sunrise Property Management staff. Simon responded to all emails immediately, helping us coordinate our golf cart rentals, an extra air mattress for the house, restaurant recommendations, and even logistics for arrival/departure including which ferry to take/company to use. When we arrived on the ferry, we were met with staff who took us to the villa and arranged for our golf carts to meet us there. Jose, the caretaker assisted with all one off questions we had during our stay and Simon checked in a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed and to see us off the morning we left.
  
  The house was beautiful-- even nicer than the pictures and all appliances worked perfectly. The attentiveness of the staff truly made for an incredible vacation. I would recommend Solaria Villa and Sunrise Property Management to anyone in a heartbeat!
