Peaceful, secluded with magnificent views of the warm, clear turquoise waters extending out to the Belize Barrier Reef, you’ll discover the true joy of laid-back island life in one of these comfortable beachfront suites. Coral Bay Villas is all about the barefoot Caribbean lifestyle, surrounded by tall coconut trees, gently waving in the breeze over the private beach area, pool and Jacuzzi, this spot is ideal for couples looking for a tranquil paradise escape. We are an adults only property.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, south of San Pedro Town, it’s probably one of the most perfectly positioned properties on the island. Just a short stroll or cycle away, you’ll find a supermarket, excellent restaurants, and some great authentically Belizean street food options too. If you are looking for cocktails or a more upmarket restaurant, take a barefoot wander down the beach and check out the nearby resorts and beach bars along the way.

Each comfortable and well-appointed 1 bed/1 bath suites has a private sea view veranda, living and dining area, and enjoy cool comfortable breezes day and night. If you want to do some cooking, you will have a fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic condiments. For your comfort, the bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout. For your enjoyment, there is a TV with over 100 channels and complimentary WiFi.

Housekeeping services are available every third day for a nominal fee of $15.00USD per cleaning if arranged prior to your arrival. Of course, you can request fresh linens at any time, and we provide a generous supply of bath/beach towels.

As you relax into the island vibe, there’s no doubt you’ll want to get out onto the water. Book a fishing trip, go on a sunset cruise, snorkel with sharks and rays or just spend a day sailing from island to island with a sumptuous beach BBQ set up just for you. Scuba enthusiasts can visit the numerous pristine diving sites along the reef, outer atolls, and even experience the famous Blue Hole. While you’re in Belize, don’t miss the chance to have a jungle adventure on the mainland. Float down a river while parrots fly overhead and toucans look down at you from their perches or visit one of the ancient Maya sites, where you can hear the roar of howler monkeys in the distance.

Everyone loves exploring the island on a golf cart, so you’ll want to set a day aside to visit San Pedro Town, experience some local culture, check out the natural beauty on the north of the Caye and, if you want to find Secret Beach, just follow the signs. There’s some great birding to be had along the way.

As soon as you book, we will provide you with our constantly updated Mobile Guest Guide. Our Mobile Guest Guide is loaded with information, including listings for numerous restaurants, bars, and activities. Our Mobile Guest Guide is integrated with GMaps making it easy to find your way around town. Each listing is linked to TripAdvisor; we’ve even linked the menus to many of the restaurants. The Guide is also searchable, so you can easily find the nearest Seafood or even Vegetarian options. We offer full concierge services and can arrange everything for you so that all you need to think about is having fun. So, just let us know, and we’ll book all your tours, in-country flights, and arrange golf cart rentals with no add on booking fees.

If you don’t want to think about shopping, we recommend arranging basic provisioning for your arrival through the Mobile Guest Guide. Your suite will be stocked with drinking water, bath/beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning supplies. We also provide keyed lock boxes for your valuables.

We follow CDC suggested guidelines and guarantee that there will be a 24-hour space between departures and new arrivals.

  Really enjoyed our Stay at Coral Bay in the Dolphin suite. The building is not new but well maintained, well appointed and in a great location close to everything. Only concern was low the water pressure in the dolphin suite which may be a town issue but an overall great place and would definitely stay here again.

  We really enjoyed staying at Coral Bay Villas in San Pedro. Coral Bay is easily walkable to "downtown" but quiet and comfortable.   This is about a 15-20 minute beachside stroll from downtown San Pedro. San Pedro is full of people and can be loud, whereas Coral Bay is quiet. Coral bay is close to plenty of restaurants and stores, but without the hustle and bustle of downtown San Pedro.

  Freddy, Elsa, and Oscar absolutely make this place wonderful to visit again and again - we were here on our honeymoon ten years ago and we keep coming back. Great location close to everything including our favorite golf cart rental folks and a wonderful laundry spot. I think they are working on some improvements but all you ever need to do is ask one of the folks at the property and they will do absolutely EVERYTHING in their power to make sure you have a wonderful stay. I would recommend Coral Bay Villas to anyone looking for a competitively priced in-town stay with all the quiet lovely pool and hot tub time you could ever want, and unparalleled people.

  We couldn’t have been more impressed with our stay at Coral Bay. From pre-booking to check-out Elsa and Freddy were consummate hosts. We loved the use of the app to help us plan our trip in advance and Elsa made sure no details was overlooked. We were able to book air transfers, tours, in-villa return COVID tests, airport pickups and provisioning in advance so when we arrived it was instant vacay-mode. Everything worked seamlessly and all recommendations were spot on. The villa itself was pristine in terms of cleanliness with beautiful furnishings and stunning views. The grounds and pool were immaculately maintaining and the staff ensured all our needs were met. When visiting the island, keep in mind water pressure is low everywhere and the condo is only air conditioned in the bedroom (which is stated on the description.) We had a fabulous stay and hope to book out the entire set of condos with a family trip in the future. Thank you Elsa, Freddy and Oscar!

  Our experience from booking to departing couldn't have been better! We loved the entire staff. Elsa was always quick to respond to questions, requests, and even remembered my boyfriends birthday. She gave us a list of activities, pricing, etc and even booked them for us including our golf cart for the week. Loved the all day snorkeling tour to shark alley, Caye Caulker. We loved all the Palapa restaurants, especially Dive Bar 303, being from CO. Location was close enough to town to walk, but far enough away to have some privacy. We also loved the bar at the end of the pier right out in front of the property. Slide and zip line into the ocean! The staff was awesome, place was cleaned daily, everyone was very friendly and we will definitely be back!
