Peaceful, secluded with magnificent views of the warm, clear turquoise waters extending out to the Belize Barrier Reef, you’ll discover the true joy of laid-back island life in one of these comfortable beachfront suites. Coral Bay Villas is all about the barefoot Caribbean lifestyle, surrounded by tall coconut trees, gently waving in the breeze over the private beach area, pool and Jacuzzi, this spot is ideal for couples looking for a tranquil paradise escape. We are an adults only property.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, south of San Pedro Town, it’s probably one of the most perfectly positioned properties on the island. Just a short stroll or cycle away, you’ll find a supermarket, excellent restaurants, and some great authentically Belizean street food options too. If you are looking for cocktails or a more upmarket restaurant, take a barefoot wander down the beach and check out the nearby resorts and beach bars along the way.

Each comfortable and well-appointed 1 bed/1 bath suites has a private sea view veranda, living and dining area, and enjoy cool comfortable breezes day and night. If you want to do some cooking, you will have a fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic condiments. For your comfort, the bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout. For your enjoyment, there is a TV with over 100 channels and complimentary WiFi.

Housekeeping services are available every third day for a nominal fee of $15.00USD per cleaning if arranged prior to your arrival. Of course, you can request fresh linens at any time, and we provide a generous supply of bath/beach towels.

As you relax into the island vibe, there’s no doubt you’ll want to get out onto the water. Book a fishing trip, go on a sunset cruise, snorkel with sharks and rays or just spend a day sailing from island to island with a sumptuous beach BBQ set up just for you. Scuba enthusiasts can visit the numerous pristine diving sites along the reef, outer atolls, and even experience the famous Blue Hole. While you’re in Belize, don’t miss the chance to have a jungle adventure on the mainland. Float down a river while parrots fly overhead and toucans look down at you from their perches or visit one of the ancient Maya sites, where you can hear the roar of howler monkeys in the distance.

Everyone loves exploring the island on a golf cart, so you’ll want to set a day aside to visit San Pedro Town, experience some local culture, check out the natural beauty on the north of the Caye and, if you want to find Secret Beach, just follow the signs. There’s some great birding to be had along the way.

As soon as you book, we will provide you with our constantly updated Mobile Guest Guide. Our Mobile Guest Guide is loaded with information, including listings for numerous restaurants, bars, and activities. Our Mobile Guest Guide is integrated with GMaps making it easy to find your way around town. Each listing is linked to TripAdvisor; we’ve even linked the menus to many of the restaurants. The Guide is also searchable, so you can easily find the nearest Seafood or even Vegetarian options. We offer full concierge services and can arrange everything for you so that all you need to think about is having fun. So, just let us know, and we’ll book all your tours, in-country flights, and arrange golf cart rentals with no add on booking fees.

If you don’t want to think about shopping, we recommend arranging basic provisioning for your arrival through the Mobile Guest Guide. Your suite will be stocked with drinking water, bath/beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning supplies. We also provide keyed lock boxes for your valuables.

We follow CDC suggested guidelines and guarantee that there will be a 24-hour space between departures and new arrivals.

  From the moment we arrived until we left, it was amazing. The view is perfect. We stayed in the Starfish Suite which is on the ground floor. Right off our back patio is the pool and hot tub. And then the sand and bay is just beyond that. We took walks on the beach everyday. Very clean inside and out. The property is well maintained! I The location is perfect. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Fresh produce stands and street tacos stands very close by. We had a golf cart for longer trips. There is a place called The Baker just down the street that had amazing breakfast treats and fresh croissants. We fished, snorkeled and took a guided tour of the island and secret beach. Our guide picked us up right off the pier straight out from the property. We had our groceries delivered the day of our arrival from the place recommended by Coral Bay Villas. All of their recommendations were spot on. We had massages in our suites. Island Jungle restaurant, down the street, coked our fish for us. They did a great job-grilled, blackened and fried. I do recommend that you get your liquor at the Belize airport. It’s about a third of what you will pay on the island. Overall, we can’t wait to go again. Probably the most relaxing vacation I have ever been on. Carina, Freddie and Frances work onsite at the property. They are all amazing and very helpful and accommodating.

From the massages on the beachfront to parasailing we only wish our stay here had benn longer.   Beautiful ocean front, pool, and jacuzzi views. Plus the neighbor private property kept a huge lush green plants and vegetation that enhanced the jungle feel and noise to the villas. Ideal location: away from SP dock and airport, less dust and traffic noises. Staff removed seaweed daily while near by giant and fancy resorts get the foul smell really bad.
  Large TV (only wish to get a smart-TV that streaming shows is available). Drinking water station was a very plus amenity that I did not have to purchase the single water bottles or stress out if running out of drinking water. Bathroom and shower are very nice. The most luxurious towels I’ve ever used especially on this very casual/low maintenance island. Bedroom has the most comfortable king bed. Plenty of pillows (I wished to have softer pillows BTW). AC unit is the most quiet one when running.
  Wishes: AC unit in the living room. A full-size mirror anywhere in the home or next to the water fountain in living room. Dresser drawers slide easier (some sanding would do the job). A sign to warn guests about mosquitos and insect bites and to keep the doors close. On the last day of the trip, I walked up to the office to say good bye and tempted to send staffs little presents. Office hour sign show Sat. 8AM. It was 8:30am, staffs were hanging out, having breakfast in the back yard, behind the fences. I asked how to return the house key and stuffs. The conversation was about 5 minutes but through the gap between the wood panels. I really wanted to ask for etiquette or at least a more formal conversation in the office than speaking over the fence. I did not give staffs presents. I wish the manager or owner to give staff feedback in the nicest way possible that a little professionalism would go very far.
